In May 2019, Information centre for EU policies from UK organized its 16th annual summer school, in collaboration with GIZ – the Gesellschaft fuer internationale Zusammenarbeit – as well as the Service for Knowledge Transfer at Croatia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The course was designed for governmental officials from across the Western Balkan region but it was also open to representatives from public administrations, business, law, finance, the media, or non-governmental organisations.

In all over 30 participants form Ministries of EU integrations and IPA national coordinators participated in the summer school discussing upcoming institutional changes, Brexit, MFF 2021-2027, EP 2019 election, EU enlargement and rule of law.

Our CEO Daniel Mondekar held a lecture on the Institutional debate in the EU, scenarios for the future of EU after elections and upcoming challenges for the Union and Croatia in the wake of the Presidency of the Council in 2020.
