Ana Urlić

Ana’s main challenge is familiarising audiences with complex issues by providing accurate and easy to understand information. She advises organizations to communicate in ways that generate public awareness and understanding, promote values, manage reputation, and enhance credibility, trust and brand recognition. Ana learned very early on in her career that what motivates her is promoting organizations, so they can carry out their mission and make a difference. She has 8 years’ experience in both public and corporate communications and is currently working on integrated projects in diverse areas such as digital diplomacy, online platforms, NGO sector and political parties. Ana also worked on several political campaigns as a communications consultant (local, parliamentary and European elections). She advised clients on their digital and communications campaigns, worked on business proposals and pitches, developed and implemented creative digital and offline campaigns for organizations such as Party of European Socialists, Croatian Government, Social democratic Party of Croatia, Zagreb Pride, dm-drogerie markt, IDAHOT, Propulsion Fund (Foundation Dokukino). Currently, she also combines her academic background in diplomacy with professional passion in assisting several diplomatic missions in Croatia. She is particularly motivated to build capacities for better internal and external communications and has conducted trainings for in-house communications teams as well as soon-to-be comms wizards. Ana’s trainings serve as a base for development of communications strategies and enabling internal capacities, which are later supported by her periodic advisory. Ana is creative at heart, passionate about design and aesthetic, but also able to absorb large amounts of analytic data and work with a logical mind-set; selectively engaging and collaborating with both sides of her brain. She really does revel in ‘all things digital’.
