Adriana Karas

As the Lead Consultant at EuroNavigator, Adriana brings to the table a different approach to stakeholder management, strategy development, information dissemination, policy analysis, and messaging architecture.

With a helicopter view and extensive knowledge in healthcare, food and agri, security and defence as well as EDTs policy framework, Adriana steers her clients towards the simplest and most effective solutions for their specific business needs. Passionate about building strategies from the ground up, her client experience includes digital giants, travel platforms, smart mobility start-ups, health pioneers, security innovators, and leading food producers.

Adriana holds an MA in Public Policy and European Affairs from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb where she graduated with honors. In her professional career, Adriana learned the ropes in academia, government relations companies, and EU institutions, while living in Brussels and Brno. She joined the EuroNavigator team in 2019 and found her place among fellow policy geeks, where she continues to develop as a professional, a manager, and a colleague.

Adriana is a proud alumna of the Academy for Political Development and MIOC Alumni Foundation, where she leads the Strategy & Marketing team. In her personal time, Adriana loves to travel, lift, and take long walks with her royal mix-breed pup.
