
Marija Šutina
Marija is an experienced professional with a background spanning various sectors. She has represented companies within the Metal Processing Industry, Electrical and Electronics Industry, and Energy Association. Marija has played an important role in driving policy initiatives, establishing new industry groups, and fostering successful international collaborations.
During her tenure in the Croatian Employers’ Association and Croatian Chamber of Economy, Marija engaged with national policymakers, advocated for industry associations, and made significant contributions to position papers on vital topics such as the Recovery and Resilience Facility. She has a track record of successfully executing numerous high-level events and projects aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
With her prior experience as CEO of EMKA, Marija managed a manufacturing company and implemented a two-year lean production project that significantly improved productivity, reduced lead time, and enhanced product quality. Her leadership transformed EMKA into a high-ranking manufacturer for high-end fashion brands.
Marija holds an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School and has completed Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and master classes.
