Based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zinaida is Director and Chief Executive of ZI Public Relations Consultancy which offers assistance in development and implementation of public policy strategies, communications strategies, organisation of high level meetings and events. With over 20 years of professional experience in the field of public affairs, Zinaida has developed an impressive network of contacts in all walks of life in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Region. She successfully managed projects for various clients: NATO, EU Special Representative (EUSR) Embassy of the Republic of Austria, British Embassy, ​​Embassy of Hungary, Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK), World Bank, Technical Assistance Program for South Eastern Europe / Access to EU Funds, ERSTE Foundation, Open Society Fund, Nike Foundation, Phillip Morris International, Sparkasse Bank, Novomatic to name a few.

As a successful and influential public affairs expert in BiH, Zinaida is often invited to deliver lecturers and trainings for various clients, both local and international.

Zinaida has an in-depth knowledge of the institutional, political and economic context in BiH gained through personal interaction and cooperation with the various sectors, political officials and institutions dating back to first post-war elections in Bosnia in her capacity as OSCE’s public affairs and communications expert.
